Who we are
Mindori is owned and operated by Aayushi Piyush Jain, sole proprietor, Classic Complex, 420-421, Ghod Dod Road, Shringar Society, Athwa, Surat, Gujarat 395007, India.
Who can order
You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order.
Our products are handmade
Every Mindori piece is crocheted by hand. That means no two pieces are identical. Small differences in size, stitch tension, texture and shade are part of what makes a handmade item handmade — they are not faults.
Product photos are taken in natural light and we edit them as little as possible, but colours can look different on different screens. Yarn dye lots also vary between batches.
Product safety
Unless a product page says otherwise, our items are decorative and not certified toys. Items with buttons, beads, wire or loose stuffing are not safe for children under 3 and should be kept away from babies and pets. Please supervise children around any handmade item.
Prices and payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹)
- Prices can change without notice, but never after you have placed an order
- Your order is confirmed only once payment clears
- We may cancel and refund an order if an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud
Orders and stock
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
Because everything is handmade, stock counts can occasionally be out of date. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will tell you quickly and refund you in full.
Custom orders
- Share your requirements and we will quote a price and timeline
- Work begins once you have paid and confirmed the design
- Custom orders are final — they cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded once making starts
- We will share progress photos where we can, but small changes are inevitable in handmade work
- We may decline a custom request, especially one that copies another designer's work
Caring for your item
Follow the care instructions on the product page and tag. As a general rule: hand wash in cold water with mild detergent, do not wring, dry flat in shade, do not tumble dry or bleach. Damage caused by ignoring this is not covered.
Our content is ours
All photos, product descriptions, designs, patterns, logos and text on this store belong to Mindori. Do not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without written permission. Buying a product does not give you the right to mass-produce or resell copies of the design.
Reviews and content you post
Anything you post — reviews, photos, comments — must be your own and must not be abusive, misleading or unlawful. By posting, you give us permission to display and share it. We can remove anything at our discretion.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, Mindori's liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost time, lost profit, or disappointment. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Things outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control — natural disasters, strikes, courier failures, government restrictions, power or internet outages.

We acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within 30 days, as required by the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat, India.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
